Don’t miss Coffeehouse by George if you happen to pass by Linköping. This is one of my favourite cafés in the city. They serve the best ciabatta with mozzarella, pesto and tomato in town, and their cakes and muffins are absolutely delicious. I like this café because it’s really nice and cosy in there, the blue sofas are sooo comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly. In the summer, I love sitting at their open-air café by the square Stora Torget. I’m trying hard to think about something negative to say about this place, but I can’t think of anything. Coffeehouse by George is just right as it is.
