Urasawa is the most popular, but also the most expensive sushi restaurant that I know of in all of Beverly Hills, California, located at 218 N Rodeo Drive.

Diners who come to Urasawa gladly fork over $250.00 for the omakase-style meals created here by the ever-popular sushi chef, Hiroyuki Urasawa. Expect to find such dishes here as seared toro served on a hot stone, tofu topped with caviar and gold flakes, and tataki-style Kobe beef with wasabi and sea salt. Diners usually choose to have 25 to 30 courses here.

Naturally, reservations are absolutely required. Seating is daily form noon to 3 pm for lunch and from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm for dinner, daily.
