I’m not a big fan of the atmosphere or décor. I didn’t like the colors used and the chairs were uncomfortable. As far as the food was concerned, I was disappointed. The menu offers Mexican fare such as fajitas and shrimp entrees, as well as tacos and burritos. We began with an appetizer. I wish I remember the name, but it was not what I expected. It consisted of 6 or so tortilla chips on a plate, each with a little refried been, lettuce, cheese, and a dribble of sour cream. Really? I can make this at home. And the chips didn’t seem like they were made from the restaurant either, but reminded me of cheap bagged tortilla chips you can find at the grocery store. The service was also terrible. So we began with margaritas and appetizers. The waiter (actually the restaurant owner) eventually came back and asked for our entrée order…wanting to drink our margaritas and visit for a while before ordering, we told him we were fine. Apparently to him that means we weren’t going to purchase any more items from the restaurant because he completely ignored us and sat next to a group at the bar that was running quite a large bar tab. I actually had to get the hostess to get our bill because he was ignoring me while I stood at the bar attempting to get his attention for our check. The margaritas were good, but I believe they were pre-mixed and not fresh. I guess that’s the only positive response I can give to this restaurant. The prices are too expensive for what their menu offers, and I can’t imagine what the attitude of the staff is if the owner of the business treats his costumers in a rude manner. It was really an unsatisfactory meal and visit. Tags for this Travel Tip: restaruant mexicanfood |

Yes, if we have expected so much, we turned out to be disappointed. I agree with you. the same thing happened to us in a very "classy" (as they advertised) Italian rsto in Philippines.. I have written a review on it too!
