My favorite Japanese restaurant chain in Saint-Petersburg is Dve Palochki (or Two Chopsitcks). They have a great choice of dishes, including fresh rolls, sushi, sashimi. Interior and music is always soft and cozy and at the same time trendy. They have lots of restaurants all over the city, I am even not sure how many. Those around Nevsky avenue are always crowded in the evenings, especially on weekend. But they are so close to each other, that you can check couple of them in 10 minutes and find at least one table.
