Restaurant Review: Dining Tent

5 stars
Published on Jan 31, 2008 by cosmoclaudio for Dining Tent

It would take you 4 or 5 days to do the Inca trail and I thought some information about the meals will be useful. Our tour operator has found a nice solution over the situation and we’ve had a walking restaurant with us. Each day we took dinners in a tent but the cook was prepared to being highly hygienic and he made healthy tasteful food. If you are vegetarian (or an “anormales” as they would respectfully refer to) they will do their best to prepare a good meal for you as well. We had coffee or tea in the morning each time we made a halt and plenty of good beer on the last day!
