The Naples train stations is a huge place that has more warnings about pick pockets than directions on where to go. They actually have an enclosed area that is a food court type area with security at the doors being selective of who they let in. I understand a few years ago they really cleaned it up a lot, but even now there are a lot of people just hanging around the train station watching… The station offers more than people scoping you out, you also (if you’re a fan) can get Buffalo Mozzarella from the train station all packaged for travel. Not only that but I did find on my way out that it wasn’t the worst train station to wait a couple of hours for a train in. It further reinforced my beliefs about the people of Naples being wonderful and the food being great. Tags for this Travel Tip: naples trainstation |
