The Boatyard is an exclusive restaurant located behind Captain Anderson's on Thomas Dr. The menu is quite diverse with several different entrees that you won't find anywhere else. The grouper filet is my favorite, although all of their fish is good, and you can't go wrong with the shellfish either. They are famous for their specialty cocktails and desserts. One of the best desserts I have ever tasted came from right here at the Boatyard. Are you ready for this? Frozen fresh Keylime Pie on a stick, dipped in chocolate!!! Can you imagine the taste of this thing? It tastes just as good as it sounds. The upstairs level is a nice upscale cocktail lounge with some live music. Overall the entire place is well kept, and the staff is friendly and courteous. I will give it 4 stars.
