While in Granada the local markets that stretch over several streets in the city are well worth a visit. At hundreds of market stalls under tin roofs you can find anything from fresh fruit and spices to underwear and all kinds of random small items that may have been imported from the US like stickers and plastic drink bottles. Unless you are looking for a cheap travel-shirt to wear out the European or American traveller may not find a bargain here, but it is an interesting place bustling with life that attracts locals and tourists alike.
