Surf and Ski Sports in Brighton is a locally owned and operated ski, snowboard and outdoor gear shop in the North Laines. It has been in busy for around 20 years and the staff are all very knowledgeable about the products. They are all outdoor enthusiasts and can recommend gear and clothing with the experience of having used the stuff in the field. There are two floors with different stuff on each floor. They do ski service and will fit skis, ski boots, snowboards and bindings for anyone. The service is professional and the prices are decent. It’s also a great place to go for summer stuff – tents, packs, climbing gear, hiking shoes, sandals, compasses, maps and more. They also have good travel stuff – padlocks, travel towels, passport holders and stuff you never imagined you’d need but once you see it, you have to have! If they don’t have it in stock, they can recommend a good place to get it. They have clothing for both adults and children with many of the major brands. The prices range depending on the quality of the gear. They have decent sales at the beginning and the end of seasons.
