One of the most popular cafes in Darmstadt is the Nachrichten Cafe. As a matter of fact, there are two cafes with the same name. I don't know whether they're related, but they're also located very close to each other. On the right side of the Luisencenter, just walk straight forward and you will see one of these cafes. We had a drink there with Eliza's mom. Actually, she also had a home-made soup and she said it was great. The place was very nicely decorated and it looked pretty expensive. It was not expensive, but the waiters were a bit forgetful, so to say. Very Important: If you ask for a hot chocolate/coffee and any similar drink, yo will get it in a soup bowl! I hated that!
