Travel Tip: Zeil Galerie

5 stars
Published on Feb 9, 2008 by cosmoclaudio for Zeilgalerie

This is a tip for all the ladies that go shopping to Frankfurt. The Zeilgalerie is a huge shopping complex in the city center, which has about 9 or 10 floors, I think. The whole building is actually very interesting. There are three ways to visit this mall. If you want to stop in every shop, you can walk. There are no stairs, but you walk uphill. There are also two elevators and some electric stairs, which you can only use if you're decided to skip a floor. What I've noticed my girlfriend and her friends do, is that they take the elevator to the last floor, where there's a nice cafe, by the way, and then they start visiting the shops walking downhill, so it's less tiresome. The shops I pretty expensive, in my opinion, but the mall is great and has many cafes and restaurants. Have fun!
