I cannot count how many times I have eaten at Number 1 Cafe in Kuala Lumpur but I have to say that I really had much. There were even times when I ate both lunch and dinner at this place for two consecutive days. You may wonder why I did so. There are a lot of reasons actually, eventhough I do not like the service so much. The food choice is very wide, from local Malaysian, Hindu, foreign and you name it food are found in the menu. With the bulk of my purchases from this place, I still have some of the receipts from them. One receipt tells that I had in one time a Cantonese ying yong, mushroom spaghetti and a beef burger coupled with coconut juice and an espresso. The prices were really good because all these ws dor siz euros only. The bad thing that I have in this place is the very slow service. The service crews were very few and the workload for them was so big as I have observed. This restaurant or cafe has two floors with two wide open space for diners. We always have eaten outside to have free smoking and for seven tables, there was only two crews asigned in the place. The only consolation I got from this place is the availability of alcoholic drinks. For those who have patience to wait for their food orders, this place is not bad. This is located alongside the Mydin Store at Jalan Sultan Ismael in Kuala Lumpur.
