If there’s a common denominator in food among international nations, I would agree that pizza is the answer. And I’m pretty sure that you would agree if I say that Pizza Hut is one of the biggest food chains in the world. It has franchises spread across the globe -- from Australia to Canada to Brazil to China to Germany to Kuwait to New Zealand and others. Imagine, over 12,000 Pizza Hut stores in more than 90 countries are providing the ultimate satisfaction to pizza cravers! From how it looks now, you would be surprised that the store is merely the idea of two college students. Almost half a century after that idea was converted into reality, Pizza Hut remains and continues to be a certified mover in the food business. The local franchises of Pizza Hut in the Philippines adhere to the same food quality and customer service that has been the standard of the store ever since. Each and every customer that comes out of the store comes out satisfied. A certified pizza lover myself, I have been in and out of Pizza Hut stores since I was young. It was a couple of years later that the store amazed me anew. Walking across a then newly opened Gateway Mall, I stumbled upon a modish Pizza Hut branch, which looked more like a fine dining spot than a food chain. As soon as I got in, I was able to distinguish the difference and it endeared me to the store even more. Pizza Hut Bistro, as it was called, changed the way people dine. It offers the same Pizza Hut greatness in such a sweet Italian-American ambience like no other. The menu is basically the same, peppered with a couple of gourmet specials. The way the food is presented and in what manner is the real difference. Suddenly, enjoying a slice of pizza and a glass of Pepsi becomes classy without effort. What I love most about Pizza Hut Bistro is that it provides a stronger character to the old favorites. I bet most Pizza Hut diners would have developed a favorite set of order from the menu. Proudly confessing, I am the best example among those diners. I love starting off with a Cream of Mushroom soup topped with a crisp puff pastry crust. If I am super hungry, I would follow that with a plate of Caesar salad and some Buffalo wings, which I daresay are a must-try. I have been meaning to skip the appetizers to diminish my calorie-intake but I consistently failed in that aspect. Guess why! For the main course, I am biased to pasta so I almost always choose Penne in Tomato Cream Sauce over Pizza Hut's rice meals. Although the BBQ Ribs look enticing, I still find a pasta dish that will overpower it every time I show up for a meal. Pizza Hut has an extensive pasta choice. Each dish is mouthwatering in its own right. Pasta is best taken with a slice of pizza. If the pasta meal is heavy enough for my stomach, I choose not to clutter it with a stuffed crust pizza. Skipping the pasta is my opportunity to choose elaborate flavors on my pizza. The gourmet choices as well as the old favorites with a cheesy crust are always tempting. Such a rich course will hardly leave you space for dessert. But if you still do, try the Banana Caramel Sundae. You will never go wrong with its richness. Every Pizza Hut meal is satisfying. You could spruce it up, however, with the right choice of beverage. Pizza Hut has a variety of smoothies, juices, Pepsi products, specialty coffees and teas, and beers to complete your meal. The Tropical Fizz smoothie is a hands-down favorite with its kiwi and cherry flavors mixed with ice-cold 7-up. The greatness of Pizza Hut is that it never rests on its laurels. Sure enough, it will continue to reinvent in the years to come. I just can't breathe with anticipation and excitement! Tags for this Travel Tip: classicfood mouthwateringdishes |

I agree with you, Orange. When I was in the Philippines with my Italian friend, the feedback was "The food was not bad"... And the good news? The price is also very affordable. Good and very detailed information.
Hi guys! Thank you for your comments. I just feel that no matter what kind of pizza we all eat, it is still one thing the binds the world together. thanks to the Italians! :)
i think pizza hut should hire you. i'm more into homemade pizza myself, but i haven't been to pizza hut bistro yet and you're making me curious!
This makes me hungry for pizza. I'll probably have to order take out tonight.

i love pizza hut in Indonesia, but not so much in Canada; for some reason, other brands are way better here in Canada :)
