This is one of my favorite bars in Saint-Petersburg. It is situated on the last floor of the shopping mall Grand Palace right next to Passage shopping mall at Nevsky avenue. You can also enter Grand Palace from 15,Italian street. It will be even better to access the place from Italian street, because the elevator which goes to the bar floor is right next to that entrance.
The interior is very trendy. DJs are playing during the night. Prices are comparatively high, but drinks and food are very good. They have a selection of sushi (like almost everywhere in Saint-Petersburg) and some European cuisine. But the best about this bar is the view. As far as it is on the 7th floor and has huge windows, you have an amazing view of the city center. Almost all the tables are situated next to the windows, so you can enjoy the scenery of the illuminated night city . I definitely recommend to spend one evening there during the visit to Saint-Petersburg. You don't need to spend a fortune on a three course dinner, just have a drink and have a look at the city.
