Travel Tip: Vittoriosa City Museum

4 stars
Published on Mar 10, 2008 by Vihren for Vittoriosa City Museum

Vittoriosa city museum was my most pleasant stop in that small city. The city was heavily bombed during WWII and in the collection of the museum consists of things found in the ruins, but nevertheless it is very nice. Also, the museum is free, so you can see very beautiful paintings and important historical artifacts for free, while one has to pay to see similar objects in the other Maltese museums. And the old man that takes care for the museum is really good and walks with you through the whole museum explaining everything, and finally gave me and my friends some small presents.
