The friendly American-owned hostel has helpful staff and is located conveniently in the center of Granada. Next to basic rooms and a book-exchange it has a nice, colorful inner courtyard and offers cheap, tasty meals, which can be ordered as half and full portions and really good caipirinhas for less than a Dollar at the time I visited. At night the outside tables in front of the hostel are a great meeting-place.
