This is a small, independently-owned place which makes a refreshing change from all the chain restaurants in Cleveland. The food is plain old American, with burgers being a specialty, and the cheeseburgers are especially good. The dining room is not as large as they need, and even if you call ahead you will almost always wait for a table unless you get really lucky. Fortunately they have a great bar and skilled bar staff, so they keep the cocktails coming while you wait. The food is homemade and very much a step up from most restaurants of this ilk.
