Anyone who is a fan of The Office, Scrubs (though not for much longer since Scrubs is moving to ABC!!), 30 Rock and other NBC shows should make sure to stop at the NBC Experience Store. You can buy all sorts of regalia, gifts and other knick-knacks inspired by the TV shows. It's the perfect place to pick up fun gifts, though the prices aren't the cheapest. You can also get the shows on DVD. It's a large store and I only saw a small portion of it. It is open Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 7:00pm and Sunday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Definitely worth a visit if you are a fan of any of the NBC TV shows. NBC is also part of Universal and USA (or vice versa, I don't really know how corporations are organized).
