| When u visit Jamaica,it's a must that you visit one of the famous markets in the island.Whether it is Linstead,Coronation or Falmouth.At these locations,you can get all the fruits and food items that you need to cook a "real Jamaican dish!" These include:yam,potato,dasheen,cabbage etc.These markets are normally packed with persons so one needs to be on the constant look out for possible thieves. The prices are affordable and these places give the lowest prices. Markets are active on specific days.Coronation is on Mondays,Saturdays and Thursdays while Linstead is on Tuesdays,Fridays and Saturdays.I would recommend that you walk in groups and wear comfortable shoes.Transportation is readily available so one does not need to worry about that. |
