Skibladner is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Norway due to the historic value of this ship. This preserved and restored paddle steamer is over 150 years old but continues to run a timetabled service in the summer months.
The lake of Mjøsa is Norways biggest lake and is a two hour drive or trainride from Oslo.Skibladner sails between the villages and towns around Lake Mjøsa as she has always done: Lillehammer, Moelv, Gjøvik, Hamar and Eidsvoll. It is an excellent way to see what Norway has to offer in the summer months. Go on a sunny day and you won't be dissapointed.
