| I am just elated to be a Jamaican and it's with pride that I update the World on Cosmotourist on the dances done by Usain Bolt at the Olympics. The dance that was done on Saturday was the Nuh Linga Dance and the one done on Wednesday after winning the 200m is the Gully Creeper.Both originated by Elephant Man himself.There are dancehall songs that go along with the dance.Jamaica is known not only for its dancehall but also for our dance moves.It's really a stress reliever when your able to dance after a difficult period.One thing to note is that whichever hotel you stay at in Jamaica,the entertainment package does have dance classes and you should enroll if you would want to learn these dances. |
