When I visited Capilla del Monte I stayed in El Aromito. This is a small spa lodge with a few rooms right at the foot of the hills. It is a 5 minute taxi ride from downtown, which is worth it if you are up to staying in a really quiet place to get away from it all. The facilities are simple, but incredibly nice and every single details seems to be in tune with the landscape and the surrounding relaxing atmosphere. I stayed in a room facing the Cerro Uritorco and watching the sun rising from my totally white bedroom was a delightful experience I will never forget. The lodge provides a vegeterian breakfast and also offers a detox therapy that includes colonic therapy an reflexology. The attention is really personalized and they cater to every one of your needs. Even though I stayed for a couple of days, I would surely come back to El Aromito if visited Capilla again. |

The El Aromito lodge sounds nice. Sounds as though the views are great. Also, I'd like to have a reflexology session.
