The Museum on Union (Muzeul Unirii) in the city of Iasi is the former residence of the Romanian sovereign A.I. Cuza, very belowed by his people. Placed in the historical part of city Iasi, this beautiful building with caryatids showing male busts was build around the year 1800. Today, the museum holds objects and documentary proofs of the Great Romanian Union and also is a conference center for the annual Symposium of cultural monuments in Romania. When I got there, a few days ago, the symposium was just at its end. It’s a good place to visit especially for History lovers.
