This hostel is just one station away from the Hauptbahnhof and is good value for money. Our six-bed dorm had a veranda and its own bathroom. We drove to Munich and there was plenty of street parking nearby this hostel, which was a great positive compared to staying somewhere in the city centre. The small bar downstairs served beers all night, and the staff were reasonably friendly. I felt safe in my room, despite it being a big hostel, and staying out of town would probably be a good option for those wanting a slightly quieter option too.
