Frankston festival is held every year in late January. Its a small festival but has quite a lot to offer to all and finishes about 5pm ish. There is wine tasting, belly dancing, face painting, lots of food stall, bands on a big stage, events on the beach like wake boarding, all sorts. Each year the plan is a bit different but its a really nice day out and the beach its held on is really really beautiful. When I was there it was really windy tho so no sunbathing unfortunately. There are loads of different types of food stalls to and free give aways. Dogs are welcome too!
