Slovenian food
It has to be said that Slovenian cuisine is a hearty fare so you have been warned. Having said that since I am from continental Croatia I am used to hearty fare so I did not mind much. I have visited a number of restaurants in Slovenia from the Croatian border all the way to Maribor and I have never left a restaurant feeling hungry.
