Marrakech
Marrakech is one of the most wonderful cities in the whole world and a real masterpiece of the Islamic, Arabian and Berber civilisation. The city is famous for its thousands souks in the old medina, most of which are full of shops and merchants trying to sell their goods to anyone. Be careful when roaming through the medina, it is very very easy to get lost and since many streets have no names or labels you'd better just remember the general direction that you are going. In the southern part of the city there are the remains and gardens of several great palaces – Palace El Badi and Palace Bahia.
