Planning Your Trip
It is possible to visit Mayapur and get back to Kolkata in a day, but devotees and visitors have the option of staying on. The temple complex has a variety of guest rooms ranging from Rs 80 per person, per night to Rs 625 per room for air-conditioned accommodation. Guest rooms can be booked through the Kolkata ISKCON temple or through the reservation desk at Mayapur. Check out time is 9am, but visitors have the option of paying half the rent and stay till 4pm. It is difficult to find accommodation on weekends and during the Mayapur festival which takes place in the months of February and March. Book well in advance if planning to visit at these times.
