Good Shepherd
Other than Baguio's public market and the Strawberry Farm in Benguet, one of the best place to buy your pasalubongs would be at the Good Shepherd Community. Though prices are a bit expensive compared to their counterparts within the lower parts of the Philippine's summer capital, one can be assured that products being sold there are fresh and of good quality since almost all of Good Shepherd's delicacies are made by its community members. Personally, I'd recommend trying their ube jams, which is famous not only in Baguio, but in other parts of the Philippines as well.
