When I had a holiday in the South of France, I had a day trip on the train to Monaco. I was on holiday during the month of September and I have to say that the weather was very good at this time of the year. After leaving the train station, I went straight to a tourist information booth and obtained a map of Monaco. The staff were helpful and spoke English. I made my way first of all to The Princes Palace to watch the changing of the Guard. (I have written a separate tip about this).
