A great medieval heritage
When I visited Perth, I really loved the place. The city is charming, with tiny streets and a very Scottish architecture. Perth was once the capital of medieval Scotland, so the city remains its heritage, evident in the fine Georgian terraces and crescents. The city centre is quite small, but a great place to walk around. Besides this, the city has the Perth Museum and Art Gallery, Church of Saint John, Fair Maid’s House, Balhousie castle and Perth Theatre. The Scone Palace, about 3 km from the city centre is also a good option to visit.
