Pinoso is a town in the province of Alicante, Spain. It is also on the border with the region of Murcia.
The town is about 50 minutes drive from the Airport and city of Alicante.
It has a population of about 7500 people. It is an old Spanish town, but there are now in the region of 500 foreigners living in the town. (A mixture of English, German and Scandinavian).
It is a popular town for people to live and to visit, because of its peace and tranquillity and beauty, away from the Coast.
There are many old buildings of architectural interest to look at and the town has a clock tower called ‘Torre del Reloj’ which was constructed in 1889.
