Amazing beaches, busy atmosphere
Porto Seguro played an important role in the history of Brazil. In the 16th century, the Portuguese colonizers arrived in its region to explore the country. Nowadays, the famous city attracts many tourists each year, who look for beautiful beaches, lively atmosphere and great structure, with many hotels, resorts and restaurants. During the Carnival time (and also few weeks before it), the city uses to be crowded with events related to the festival. Besides of the amazing beaches of the region (Trancoso is the best one for me!), there is the Passarela do Alcool, very popular at night, where works bars, restaurants and stalls that sell different kind of cocktails. Other stalls also offer some samples of the local workmanship. The city is a good option for summer time!
