The Giants Causeway
Probably the most famous tourist attraction/landmark in the whole of Ireland, the Giants Causeway lives up to its reputation. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to get to the Giants Causeway unless you have a car or are on a guided tour , due to the remoteness of its location. It's not really advisable walking from Portrush. I recommend going on a guided tour, as that is the best way to really learna about the fable behind this attraction and the real history behind it. There are also several beautiful walks, which should not be missed, the cliff top path is especially picturesque but not great if you have young childern that often wander off.
