Niger- the beginning of the end of the world
I lived in Niger for a while, and it was one of the most difficult and amazing times of my life. Everyone I met in Niger was incredibly nice, and would give you the shirt off their back if you even hinted at it. It actually literally happened to me once! Some of the poorest people on Earth, and yet still the most giving. Niger ranks at the rock bottom of the UN Development scale, 177 of 177. Meaning that there are countries currently at war that are more developed than Niger.
