Transportation

 stars
I was surprised tha in Valencia the metro and bus tickets were so cheap, one euro. Depending on whether you like walking or not, you may choose to purchase the Valencia card, which you can buy at tourist information offices. I don’t like walking, so the card was the first thing I bought when arriving in Valencia. It cost around 12 euro for theree days and includes free public transport and many discounts for museums and city highlights. Buses are very frequent and you can probably take a bus everywhere, but don’t hesitate to use the metro, as it is a lot faster. Taxis are not extremely expensive, so I suggest taking a taxi in case of emergency. [more ]
