Baracoa is a lovely town in Eastern Cuba. It used to be Cuba's capital a long time ago. The town is not very big and I think 2 days and 1 night are enough to visit it. What I most liked in Baracoa was El Yunque, which is an interesting natural park on the peak of a 5oom high mountain. It's pretty far from the center, so forget going there on foot. Most tourists use a push bike and it takes about half an hour to get there. It's a lovely place and I really recommend it. There are several restaurants in Baracoa, but none really impressed me. The food is good but usually a lot more expensive for tourists.
