Party in the Mountains
There are very few places in Jamaica where you can get away with wearing boots and sweaters; New Castle is one of them. New Castle is a small community in the Blue Mountains. There are a few cottages in the New Castle area or Cabins at Hollywell which you can rent, perfect for a weekend get away. A friend of mine usually keeps an annual barbeque at his gorgeous cottage in New Castle and quite a few people take the 40 minute drive from Kingston just to hang out. Everyone usually brings food and drinks so you just show up and eat whatever is in sight.
