Colorful Sedona - Arizona
Arizona is not just the Grand Canyon – and if you are on the road it is highly recommendable to make a detour to beautiful Sedona. The drive itself is a long one as you go across the slow curves canyons of incredible colors - not always orange but more into white at times. The surrounding landscape is either mountain forest or a beautiful warm rock desert ambience. Sedona itself is a very cozy place, the main street full of little shops, with many New Age oriented given the mysticism of the area - not only for Native Americans and Christians, who have their temples built in the surrounding rocks.
