Good muisc...Local and otherwise!
Floyd's is not your average music store. Well, technically it's not a music store at all, not in the sense of Virgin Records or Sam Goody's, but what it is is the best concert hall in town. Tallahassee has a very large music scene, with all those grungy college students walking around. How else do you think they get their kicks. Bars? Never. It's not just a local music venue, though. I've been lucky enough to see some major bands play there like: the Deftones, Drowning Pool, and Otep. So if ever you find yourself in Tallahasse you should definitely take a stroll down Tennessee Street and stop by Floyd's, and check out a show. [more] |
