"Peña de Bernal"
La Peña de Bernal is a huge monolith in a town that belongs to Queretaro called Bernal. I love to go there since the town is really colourful and full of life, people is nice and food is excellent, the only problem is that this town has become too popular in the last years so prices have gone up. I also love climbing the monolith, it is really not that hard and a lot of people claim to have seen UFOs in the area. During the spring equinox, lots of people go to Bernal to receive energy from the monolith. I was there once, but it was too crowded and I think it became some sort of excuse just to go there and party, Even so the experience is nice and worth it. [more] |
