Kalamazoo, not just a strange name
Kalamazoo is an old Indian word meaning, "Where the water bubbles". People have often said that Kalamazoo is the middle of nowhere. Well actually it is directly in the middle of Detroit and Chicago, the reason for this citys existence. The best times to go to Kalamazoo are from September till May. Because Kalamazoo is a university city, most of all the students go home during the summer holidays. I´ve had many lonely summers here during my University days.
