Valleyfair Amusement Park
Valleyfair is the top amusement park in the city, and a favorite destination for Minnesotans during the summer. It's big enough that it was almost bought out by Six Flags, and it has great rollercoasters like the Wild Thing, Steel Venom and Renegade. I haven't had a chance to ride the Renegade, but the Wild Thing is one of the best I've ever ridden, and is absolutely worth a visit. When I go to Valleyfair, I always wear my swimming suit. It's home to a huge waterpark called Soak City that's free with admission to the park, and there are also other water rides like The Wave and the Thunder Canyon.
