Standard chain hotel with great location
The NH Voltaire was what we expected from a chain hotel. We only stayed there one night. Everything was comfortable, clean enough, etc. The location, however, was ideal to explore Potsdam. It's in the pedestrian zone of the Alstadt, steps from cafes, restaurants and shopping. One caution though is to ask for a receipt. My husband didn't get one when we checked out, and they called his cell phone later asking if we forgot to pay. He assured them that we did (I witnessed!), and they were satisfied.
