Century Tsukiji located in Century Park Hotel in Manila is the premier Japanese restaurant in Metro Manila. They import only the best ingredients from Japan and even the Japanese patrons of the hotel find the menu amazing. The sashimi selection is diverse, to say the least while the rice used for sushi is the best kind of rice in Japan. The restaurant also offers upper class beef from Japan such as Oumi, a renowned rival of the famous Kobe beef.
