This is a very charming and trendy hotel. It is impossible to get any closer to the Prague Castle than this.The restaurant terrace leads directly to the gardens. According to legend, Rudolf II sold the house to the astronomer and alchemist Tycho Brahe. Its name, which means golden wells, apparently comes from this famous owner's incessant quest to extract the "gold" of knowledge from the "well" of science. A famous dance hall in the early 20th century, the building was transformed into a hotel with one of the most beautiful views in Prague-indeed, it's almost the same view the President himself enjoys.room: 165 € pn.
