I was incredibly fortunate to stay in this playground of the rich and famous for two days recently, thankfully not for my own account, because I simply would not be able to afford it. Pezula is breathtakingly beautiful, and everything about it reeks of a lifestyle that most people can only dream of – for a studio room you’ll pay upwards of R4000 (EUR 390) a night, and the nicer Villa Suites (I stayed in one), start at just over R5000 (EUR 490) a night. So, it’s certainly expensive. But those who can afford it are in for a real treat. I particularly liked the breathtakingly beautiful Spa – the Indian head massage comes highly recommended, and my wife (pregnant at time), got a massage tailored for an expecting mother, which she loved. I was also very impressed with the breakfast in bed… The pictures on Pezula’s website speak for themselves. All I can say that if you can afford it, this is definitely a must. [more] |
