Super basic backpackers Berlin stars

In need of a place to stay with little time to spare, I booked the Backpackers Berlin hostel twin room. The was little information available on the place of their own giving nor many reviews from customers as it appears to be a relatively new hostel on the scene. It was located on the bottom floor of an apartment complex in Friedrichshain spread over two old apartments, meaning the bedrooms are separated from the common areas by the buildings main entrance hall.

Overall the place was clean, neat and met our basic needs but lacked in a few areas that backpackers tend to take for granted like computers. They offered free wifi but no computers which made our planning a little... [more]
