I must also mention that Skyros is also famous for its indigenous ponies, a breed of wild horses known as Skyrian ponies. Ideal for an enjoyable swim, are the beaches of Agios Fokas, Pefki and Linaria on the west side, as well as the cove of Glyfada and the islet of Sarakiniko south of Skyros....
