Eating at Lapland!
I know that the basic food in Lapland is fish, cooked and served in various ways! I have also heard that they have a specialty in reindeer fillet combined with fir-tree sauce– which may be delicious – but I couldn’t eat unfortunately. Traditional turkey would be fine, though I’m not that fond, brik, herrings with milk cream (oh boy!), many short of fish pies (I would like that!!). There are great many restaurants with traditional Lapp cuisine in Rovaniemi as that of Pamir’s (that I was recommended).
